Katie Maloney is SUR-ving up her hot take on Tom Schwartz's bombshell Watch What Happens Live interview.
The Vanderpump Rules star took to her Instagram stories on April 5 to slam her ex-husband for expressing support for Tom Sandoval following his months-long affair with their co-star Raquel Leviss.
"Tom, I have two words for you: media training," the reality star shared, "because you're just going to say whatever lands in your head and that's not good."
In a separate post on Twitter, Maloney responded to Schwartz telling fans that Sandoval is in need of a hug amid all the cheating drama and affair backlash, which led to his breakup from girlfriend of nine years Ariana Madix. "You're the only that wants to hug him dude," she wrote. "READ THE ROOM!!!"
Fellow VPR cast member Lala Kent also had some thoughts on Schwartz's WWHL support for Sandoval, which she called "buffoonery."
"Did Schwartzy really just say, 'If you see Sandoval in the street, give him a hug?' We're atomic wedgie-ing his ass," she told followers on Instagram. "We're punching him straight in the dick."
During the sit-down, Schwartz, 40, got candid about what he knew about the affair, revealing to host Andy Cohen he found out Sandoval and Leviss first hooked up last August before things got more serious. "From my point of view, it became, like, an emotional affair," he added, "which is still inappropriate."
Schwartz claimed his BFF told him in January he's "in love" with Leviss, despite still being with Madix at the time. "He's addicted," he said of Sandoval's feelings for Leviss "It's an infatuation of all infatuations."
Schwartz's WWHL appearance immediately followed VPR's latest episode, which saw him and Leviss finally make out during Scheana Shay's August 2022 wedding weekend in Mexico after weeks of toying with the idea of kissing each other. And, yes, Maloney also had thoughts after seeing their hookup play out on TV.
"Well, tonight was a spicy Vanderpump Rules night," she reacted on IG before calling the TomTom co-owners makeout with the 28-year-old a "creepy uncle kiss." The Bravo star added, "Looking back I don't even know why I was tripping over that but whatever."
