Braunwyn Windham-Burke is headed toward the aisle again.
The Real Housewives of Orange County alum announced on Instagram July 15 that she is engaged to Jennifer Spinner. She said she proposed to her partner on their one-year dating anniversary at the spot where they first met—14th Street Park in New York City, People reported.
"She said 'YES!'" Braunwyn, 45, wrote in her post, alongside a photo of the couple sharing a kiss on an elegant picnic blanket bearing decorative letters spelling out the words, "Marry Me."
The reality star continued, "Happy Anniversary @hashtag_blehssed , I couldn't imagine a more perfect place then where we first met to ask you to be my wife and spend your life with me! Jennifer, 39, also shared photos from their romantic day on her Instagram, including a pic of Braunwyn proposing while bending down on one knee. "Today is one year since I met the love of my life," she wrote. "Today is also the day that @braunwynwindhamburke asked me to marry her and, of course, I said 'hell yes."
She continued, "Our love is fast, messy, pure, real, and made up of all of the things I used to dream about having when I would daydream during 7th period math. Braunwyn, Sean, and the kids have brought things into my life that I never even knew I was missing, and tomorrow looks so much brighter with all of this love and light in it. Yes today. Yes tomorrow. The pair's engagement comes nine months after Braunwyn filed for divorce from husband Sean Burke, with whom she shares seven children, after almost 23 years of marriage.
"Part of the reason I proposed now was because I now have an end date in my divorce," Braunwyn told People. "We're about 80 days from it wrapping."
Braunwyn, who came out as gay in 2020, and Jennifer had this year taken several steps toward marriage. They exchanged promise rings, took part in a commitment ceremony at a Las Vegas chapel on Valentine's Day, and later moved in together. Earlier this month, the pair got matching tattoos.
"We did (another) thing," Braunwyn wrote on Instagram at the time. "A year ago today I got a DM …the rest is history!! Here's to a lifetime of saying 'I'm in.'"
