Jennifer Lawrence says she quickly became "really close friends" with Passengers co-star Chris Pratt—close enough to figure out immediately what would make the perfect holiday gift for him.
And you don't even need her "bomb-ass wallet" to get it, nor can you find it in Toys"R"Us, where you may just run into the actress buying what are probably "bomb-ass" presents for the children in her life.
Lawrence made her comments to E! News' Zuri Hall at the premiere of Passengers Wednesday.
"Anything that has to do with fishing, hunting, anything you can get from bass pro shops, he would love," she said about Pratt.
Lawrence talked to Hall about her holiday plans, saying she has yet to wrap the presents she bought for people, and added that she "always gets excited about getting the kids stuff."
"I actually like to be hands on and go into Toys"R"Us because I have like, kind of a bomb-ass wallet now and I didn't when I used to go into Toys"R"Us," she said. "I'd be like, 'Spongy, stretchy keychain' and now I'm like, 'They want that!'" I have fun doing that now."
Passengers, a romantic space drama film, is set for release on Dec. 21.
"It was awesome," Lawrence said about her experience filming the movie. "It was very intimate. If the people sucked then it would be awful 'cause there's nowhere to hide, there's no one else to hang out with. But Pratt, I knew we would get along and we did and we became really close friends really fast and then Michael Sheen, I've been wanting to work with him forever. Yeah, he's incredible and really talented and then he's also hilarious, so that was really exciting."
